The second image depicts a woman in a yellow dress sitting on the floor holding a piece of cloth to her mouth. The third image is an abstract, red, flowing shape. The fourth image features a woman in black lace clothing performing a dance move on the floor. 3...2..1!

whether you are an artist or organizer, 3…2..1 just works

Since 2024, 3…2..1 has creatively challenged artists to tell a story within a time constraint, no matter their medium. We have witnessed the unique way artists have interpreted the challenge to workshop new material, and showcase vignettes of their pre existing work. Naturally, artists began to discover each other through the platform, establishing new collaborators and getting their work in front of local publications. After 25 Seattle performances that featured upwards of 50 artists, 3…2..1 made its international debut at The Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2026.

A repeatable, reputable original show format designed to enhance creativity and streamline meaningful connections between performers, producers, media professionals, programmers, agents, and industry partners.

As seen at Seattle Open Art’s Place and The Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
